We received a message from the city this week concerning the project. Their messages is below.

The first phase of the project will be the complete reconstruction of the street between Ward Park Place/Chateau Place and Alexander Creek, Local access will be maintained throughout the project, however portions of the street will be closed to through traffic throughout the duration of the construction, which is contracted for...

HOA statements will be issued in March
with payment due by April 1.
Dues will remain at $325 for the year 2024.
Anyone who does not pay by April 1 will receive a late fee of $25 per month that payment is late, there will be no breaks with these fees.
