Your annual dues are $325. Your contribution is used to cover Maintenance and Repair Costs within Ward Park Place.
The common amenities within your community have to be maintained regularly, which costs money. Some of these maintenance costs can include lawn care, landscaping, sprinkler system maintenance and upkeep, lighting and electrical costs, entrance fountain maintenance, pool maintenance, general repairs and insurance.
A portion of the funds are retained for reserves, for questions on how your money is spent please refer to our budget or profit and loss statements.
