The following colors have been approved and accepted for use by the Ward Park Place HOA board.

Additional colors within this range of colors (By Sherwin Williams) may be added to this list with the review and approval of the Architectural Control Committee (here on known as ACC). Sherwin Williams paint colors were used to establish this list, however paint from any good quality manufacture maybe used so long as they are matched to a color from this list.

You MAY paint or re-paint your house the original builder color WITHOUT pre-approval from the ACC. All original builder colors are considered pre-approved.
