2023 HOA Dues Procedure Update.
HOA statements will be issued in March
with payment due by April 1.
Dues will remain at $325 for the year 2023.
Anyone who does not pay by April 1 will receive a late fee of $25 per month that payment is late, there will be no breaks with these fees.
